Quality Control
Our advanced in-house testing laboratory is fully equipped with the latest equipment and have dedicated laboratories for wet chemical analysis, instrumentation, and microbiology.
Raw materials, Intermediate and finished products are tested by the Quality Control department and are only released for further use or sale after receiving clearance reports.
Quality control specifications, testing procedures, and equipment are validated and authenticated by both internal and external labs in compliance with SOP and international pharmacopeial standards.
Air Handling Unit Systems (AHUs)
AHU systems play a vital role in ensuring product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. They maintain precise temperature and humidity control, high-efficiency air filtration to remove contaminants, and pressure differentials to prevent cross-contamination.
Area wise designated AHUs to prevent cross contamination. Four-level (filling and sealing) and three level (manufacturing) filtration process with not less than 25 air changes per hour
Water Purification Plant
Pharmaceutical water purification systems are essential for producing high-quality water used in the manufacturing of medications, as well as for cleaning and other critical processes. These systems ensure that water meets the stringent purity standards required by regulatory bodies.
Our systems consist of multiple stages purification process such as Pre-treatment, Reverse Osmosis (RO), Deionization (DI), UV Sterilization.
Our facility has 1000 LPH water generation & distribution system with zero dead leg valves are designed to deliver high-purity water to various points of use throughout the manufacturing process.
Material Store
Raw material stores work closely with production and QA departments to ensure a seamless flow of materials for manufacturing operations. Timely delivery of raw materials is essential to avoid production delays and maintain efficient production schedules.
Raw material store is under temperature and humidity control and has separate area for receiving, dedusting, quarantine, sampling and dispensing facility.
